Handstand Camp

This exciting and uplifting workshop encourages students to build and/or deepen a handstand practice away from the wall!  Lauren explains the physics of the pose, teaches students how to fall safely, and then walks you step by step through the process of handstand practice.  She explains how to incorporate handstands, or the beginnings thereof, into a regular vinyasa practice.  Students practice various methods of establishing handstands in a safe, encouraging and fun environment.   Prior yoga experience is recommended

Use your hands and arms to balance instead of your feet in this exciting and fun arm balance workshop!  Lauren will explain the poses and then show you how to find the balance, step-by-step.  She will then offer out options to enable you to take the poses to the next level- even shape-shifting from one to another without lowering your body to the mat.  Join us to build strength and confidence in a safe and playful environment!  Prior yoga experience is encouraged.

In this intense vinyasa class Lauren will help you stimulate your mind, lift your spirit and increase core strength as she leads you through advanced arm balances and inversions! You’ll flow through sequences designed to provide ease of transition from pose to pose, and enjoy a discussion about the physics and alignment of the more advanced asanas, and learn how to weave more challenging asanas into your regular practice. *Prior yoga experience is recommended.
